The Strategy
- First, we focused on fulfilling our client’s wish and increasing their website traffic and leads to their business our top priority! As such, we set up a PPC (pay-per-click) campaign that used keywords relevant to both wound care and podiatry.
- Since we fully anticipated a flood of online traffic in the wake of our PPC campaign, we also implemented Live Chat onto Advanced Podiatry and Wound Care’s website!
- But wait! There’s more! Our strategy also included an on-air personal endorsement with Salem’s overnight host on 860 The Answer, Matt Bruce. With radio still reaching over 91% of U.S. listeners aged 12 and older (yes, really!), we knew that some good, old-fashioned radio broadcasting could amplify Advanced Podiatry and Wound Care’s brand, as requested.
- Finally, we did some online reputation repair to build up consumer trust and confidence. This, of course, was to further strengthen our client’s brand!
The Results
And the results are in!
- Since the campaign started back in February, our client saw tremendous growth in their website traffic and patient leads.
- In that time, they received over 50 calls and 15 form fills. Also, their CTR (click-through rate) is close to 7%!
- Our client also noted that they started getting more form fills on both nights and weekends.
