SEO

SEO on boarding call: Our team will need to set up a time to hop on the phone with you. I would plan for this call to take roughly :60 to :90 minutes. Can you suggest a couple times that work for your schedule within the next few days?

Note: you will need the following information for the onboarding call:

●  Google my Business user name & password
●  Your CMS & FTP Login Information (Login URL of the domain and website)
●  The attached Marketing Info Questionnaire: Can you please fill it out and shoot it back my way?

 

Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager 

For your Chat, PPC, Display Retargeting and FB Retargeting campaign(s), we will need to have access to Tag Manager in order to set up and launch the campaigns properly. Analytics access additionally helps us analyze how people are engaging with your website along with your marketing to help further optimize performance. I've attached some instructions as well as some additional notes below:

●  Chat: Requires Tag Manager Access before we deploy the chat widget code. Without it, we cannot drop the widget on your site, and the chat campaign will not be able to launch.
●  PPC: Requires Tag Manager Access to be able to track phone calls, form submissions, and emails after they click on your paid ads. Without it, we will still be able to launch, but the tracking will be setup as a proxy which means your URL in your text ads will appear slightly different than your actual URL.
●  Display/FB Retargeting: Requires Tag Manager Access in order to deploy retargeting pixel. Without it, we cannot launch the campaign.

 

PPC

Once we have GTM access, nothing else is needed on your end to get this live. If there are specific requests you have in the services/products you want reflected in your keyword list and/or text ads, please let me know. Otherwise, we will write the ads and keywords based on the information we find from your website. If you have any specials, promotions or key differentiators you would like included in call outs in your text ads, that would be good info to have as well! Below are some examples of what text ads may look like on Google just for your reference.

Display/Retargeting/GeoFence

I need a list of keywords that you want us to use. I’ve attached the document I created for the presentation example. Feel free to update it accordingly and shoot it back my way. Know that you can add or take away key words at any time during the campaign. All you have to do is shoot me the words you would like added / deleted from the list, and I’ll be able to take care of it from there.

●  Display HTML5 ad set needs:
○  Need the following (5) sizes: 300X250, 728X90, 160X600, 320X50 & 300X50
■  The 320X50 and 300X50 are for cell phones, so the simpler the better
■  MAX Ad Size is 200KB
○  Click here to see an example of some previous ads we've created. I’ve included this to give your team some ideas. If your team is not able to produce HTML5 ads, we can for an additional $250 per ad set.

 

The first thing we will work on is getting your ads built. Unless you have some special desires in the colors, images, or messaging of your ads, we will build them based on our best practices as well as any additional information we gather from your website. We will forward on to you for review/approval once we have the ads built. You do get 2 revisions for free, but anything beyond that does come with a small revision charge, so this is good to know in advance.

We also need the list of addresses you want to fence in. This can be competitor locations and/or other locations that include your desired audiences. We recommend you allow us to also select locations that fit your desired audiences to help optimize the campaign best as possible.

OTT/CTV/Programmatic Pre-Roll Video

We need the 30 second commercial(s) you want to run.

●  OTT/CTV Ad Size Requirements:
o  Dimensions: 1920X1200px and 1920X1080px
o  Audio Bitrate: 160 kbps or Higher
o  Video Bitrate: 5.4 Mbps or Higher
o  Preferred format: mp4 (h.264)
o  Max Video File Size: 200 MB Limit.
●  Once we have the videos, we can have the OTT/CTV Campaign up and running with 72 hours
o  You are able to switch out ads as often as you want, but we have a 48-72 hour turn around

 

YouTube TrueView

●  Please provide the YouTube link(s) to the video(s) (hosted on your channel) that you want to use as your ad(s)
●  Please also provide the URL that you would like to be the click through for those who click on the ad (Where do you want them to go on your website if they click on it?)

 

Social Media / Facebook & Instagram Ads

Please expect to receive a request to access Facebook page. You will need to approve that request. Once approved, we will be able build out your ad set. It typically takes 48 to 72 hours to have the first round of ad proofs to you to for review.

●  For your ad build out I will need the following:
o  Link to the video you want used. The video ad size cannot exceed 4GB and needs to have an aspect ratio of 4:5 and 1.91:1. Suggested :15 sec or :30 sec video.
o  Images you would like included. If you don't have images, we can provide stock photos.
o  An Ad Headline, Ad Body, & Link Description.
■  Headline: 40 Characters Max
■  Ad Body: 150 Characters Max
■  Link Description / Call to Action: 40 Characters Max
■  Please keep in mind that spaces and punctuation count towards the character number.
●  Below is an example of a FB ad for your reference:

Presence/Reputation/Social

For social, we will need access to your accounts, but our team will walk you through all of that during the onboarding call.

Live Chat

Once we have GTM access, as mentioned above, there is nothing else required on your end to launch this campaign.

Our team will be working quickly to build your ad creatives. Please be expecting the first draft back within 3 days. At that point, it will just be a discussion of your approval or any desired revisions. Once the creatives are approved, we should be able to get your campaign up and running live asap.

Targeted Email

First, we will need to build your creative. I've included the information below needed to get that process started. Once we have the creative ready, we will send you a test email to review. This whole process usually takes 3-5 business days. Once approved,

●  Choose your email template from the menu of options. Click here to view.
●  Your Logo (we can grab from your website if you don't have a logo file)
●  Approved photos you would like included in the email (if you do not have any photos, we can provide stock photos). (Also, if you have your own photos, please let us know which you would like to be the main one)
●  Content. I've included a rough draft of what the email will say. Please let me know if you would like any tweaks. (Need Headlines and Subject line as well)
●  URL(s) you would like your email to click through to - this is where the recipients will go on your website when they click on the email.

 

O/O and Audience Engagement
